I truly believe everyone knows how to eat, but we have so many things that happen throughout our lives that get us away from trusting our own intuition around food. And I truly believe everyone deserves to understand how to take care of themselves through food. When you trust and understand how to take care of yourself with food, you will no longer be controlled by diets and food gimmicks and misinformation.
So what does this look like
This process looks more therapeutic and less following a meal plan. Most people know they could benefit from eating more fruits and vegetables and less processed food, and still don’t. This isn’t only about knowledge. Behavior change is hard and food is complicated in our modern society. I help people cut through the noise and get back to being able to take care of themselves with food in any situation.
